The firm’s founding attorney, Max Ambrose, is an active participant in the blockchain and cryptocurrency communities. His involvement includes extensive research and analytics into blockchain technology and cryptocurrency economics. In his research, he has looked over hundreds of cryptocurrencies, numerous blockchain structures and consensus algorithms, explored global regulations, analyzed principles and practices of decentralization (or lack thereof), and researched market fraud, market manipulation, trading trends and blockchain use cases.

Max serves as a passionate and dedicated advocate for every one of his clients. He founded his own law firm in 2018 while simultaneously working closely with other attorneys in the field to gain valuable insights and experience. Max has a wide range of experience in both business and litigation (in-court) practices. He has counseled various companies on legal matters regarding business formation and operations, government compliance, contracts, and data protection, focusing specifically on fintech companies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry. He also has experience representing clients in court on issues including corporations, cryptocurrencies, securities, breach of contract, personal injury, and unfair competition.
Max graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2017. During his time at law school, he served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Gonzaga Journal of International Law, studied International Human Rights in Italy, interned at the Spokane City Attorney's Office, interned at Metsch Law Group, and represented numerous clients pro bono from the Kalispel Tribe of Indians. Max graduated from University of Arizona in 2012 with B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Economics. During his time at the University of Arizona and shortly thereafter, Max served as a campaign finance intern and fellow for Congresswoman Ann Kirkpatrick over the course of two successful Congressional campaigns.
Outside of Max's legal practice, he consults with blockchain companies on platform technology and community management. He also researches, analyzes, and writes extensively on politics, economics, and technology, often with a focus on the blockchain and cryptocurrency industries.
